Automated MLM Programs

A friend that I have been mentoring for a couple of months in my business called me up the other day and asked this question:
Hey Burke - I am looking at this MLM company that has this replicated website that enrolls people automatically in my downline. What do you think?
Honestly my friend was just the last of a long string of people that have called or emailed me that same question. And my answer is always the same….
Run, don’t walk, run as fast as you can from this type of opportunity!
There is a reason that we call this business “Network Marketing”. It is all about building a network of distributors that both consume and sell the products that we market. It is about building lasting relationships and working together to build a successful business for both you and your team.
These “replicated self building” sites are nothing but scams designed to take your money. For instance how exactly are these downlines built? Who generates the traffic? Who does the training? It still comes down to you working on your business.
The other problem with these replicated sites, is that they will never stand a chance of generating any real traffic from the search engines. You see they all have the exact same content - the search engines look at this as duplicate content and it will be filtered out as quick as it is indexed.
Before you scamper off to join one of these “self building” opportunities, I would really like you to think about building your business the right way. You time would be much better spent on these two things:
- Build your own Lead Capture page and generate your own MLM leads.
- Get your own Blog to start branding yourself - “Brand You!”
If you spend your time and money on just these two simple pieces of the puzzle - you will be rewarded for many years to come! Prospects will be calling you up with credit card in hand to join you in your business. How does that sound?

Amen! I have never met anyone who has ever enrolled in a program that I was promoting unless it was free to join, that didn’t want to talk with me to see if I was a real person.
People are getting sick and tired of people hiding behind voice mails, email, websites, etc. It is almost like people are allergic to the phone, or any human interaction. You have to keep it real.
