The other day, after a tele-seminar I conducted I received this question:

“How do I get started using the Magnetic Sponsoring system? It looks like I have to purchase a book before I can use the system, is this correct? Could you give a quick review of the Magnetic Sponsoring Online system?”

This is a great question, and I will do my best to provide a comprehensive review of Magnetic Sponsoring. Before we get started I want to be sure you understand the basics behind why you would use a system like Magnetic Sponsoring to generate highly targeted MLM leads for your business.

Getting Started With Online MLM Leads

I received a phone call today from one of my subscribers. We had a great conversation, but the core of the conversation centered around the feeling he had of being overwhelmed. This is a common problem when you are first getting started generating your own leads on the internet.

The problem is that there is so much information out there about list building and traffic building you can easily become overwhelmed and not have a clear picture of where to get started.

I will share with you exactly what I focus on and recommend that you focus on to get started and keep from getting distracted.

Step One: Get plugged into a generic lead generation system. The top two that I have used are:
- Power Prospecting System
- Magnetic Sponsoring

The best part of these systems is that you don’t have to design your own landing page, get web hosting and all those other things that take a big learning curve. This is all provided with these systems, and is actually one of their biggest benefits.

Step Two: Once you have your account set up with one of the generic systems noted above, it is time to focus on traffic generation. Your number on concern should be generating as much qualified traffic to your personalized landing page at these systems - more traffic = more leads = more money = more signups in your primary business.

All of these systems have a product or element that is offered for sale to your leads. When one of your leads purchases this product, you get a healthy commission - which puts money into your pocket.

I want to be sure and clarify one important aspect of these systems. You HAVE to purchase the product to be able to use the system, and some of the systems have monthly fees associated with them. It is very important that you understand the amount of time you will save by plugging into a premade generic lead generation system. Time is money after all.

Getting Lots Done Tonight…

Do you ever have one of those times when you are completely focused and running at your peak? For some reason I had one of those times this evening.

I guess maybe I could chock it up to the weather outside - freezing rain! For some reason it put me in the mood to get some work done.

What did I do?
- I did some marketing over at Myspace
- I wrote 3 articles and submitted them to Ezinearticles.com
- I added a new email message to my autoresponder

These simple steps have already started moving my business forward. It does not take hours per day to get your business going, but it does take effort and consistent effort over the long haul will be what sets you apart from the “get rich quick” guys online.

Are You Buying MLM Leads?

As often happens I received a call from a guy that wanted to “talk shop” about the network marketing industry. As typically happens, he immediately launched into a high pressure sales pitch to get me to join his network marketing business. I let him go on for a while, then I turned the tables on him and led him through a series of questions.

The first question I always ask this type of person is this: “Are you buying MLM leads?”

Invariably I get the same answer over and over. Yes, I buy 100, 200, or even 500 leads a month - the answer varies per person. However when I ask the next tough question, how many people have you sponsored and how long have you been cold calling these leads, the answer is almost always the same - ZERO! Sure there is the rare person that has sponsored people, that is if they are actually telling me the truth.

The cold hard fact is that most of us will never be able to sponsor enough people with purchased leads to grow a substantial organization before we run out of money. Even if we do sponsor people, how many of them will actually have the stomach to do what we have done? Not many!

In fact when I first got started I had spent thousands of dollars on leads, hours and hours on the phone and I was scared to death! I had no idea what I would do to help a new associate get started when I finally did sponsor someone. I felt physically sick when I realized that I was leading others down the same dead end path I was on.

You have doomed your MLM business to fail if you are purchasing MLM leads and only calling them one time - with no other way to make money if they don’t join your primary business.

This is exactly why I turned to the internet and put myself in a position of lead abundance and positive cash flow. No longer do I hang on each new lead and act from a position of desperation - the internet allows you to completely change your mindset.

Once you start generating your own leads, and stop buying expensive un-targeted MLM leads - you are now in charge of your destiny. The easiest way to do this is to plug into a generic prospecting system that does all the work for you.

How to Keep Your New MLM Associates Forever!

Your upline is keeping a big secret from you. It is a secret that has the power to kill your business, but they don’t care.

What is the this powerful secret?

It is a secret that you will probably never learn, until it is too late. The secret is that there is an incredible revolving door in this industry - the MLM or Network Marketing industry. In other words as fast as people are joining your company, many are quickly leaving. Have you ever had a new associate just go missing in action? They simply disappear, never to be heard from again. That is the revolving door in action.

But you know what? It simply does not matter to your upline sponsor. You see he has hundreds of suckers like you spending hard earned cash to recruit just enough people that will stick around to give him tremendous leverage and massive growth.

So how can you virtually guarantee that your new associate will stick around long enough to both help grow your Networking organization, but also to allow them to enjoy the residual income that we enjoy in this industry?

You put them in a position to start earning cold hard cash as soon as possible - even the very first day they are in business with you! How do you do this?

Simple…you generate massive qualified leads online, and then lead these prospects through a funnel that puts cash in your pocket whether they join your business or not. This is the massive leverage that we can enjoy when prospecting on the internet.

What is a Funded Proposal?

When I first got started in Network Marketing I had big visions of growing my team quickly, and covering my monthly autoship expenses as fast as possible. Most MLM companies require some of minimum monthly purchase of a consumable product to keep you qualified to earn commissions - or to keep your business “active”. There is nothing wrong with this - other than most of the time MLM business opportunities do not spit off large amounts of monthly income, but you are rather building your business for the long term - the payoff after 2 to 5 years of work.

What happens to 95% of people that will join your team is that they will not realize income fast enough and then get discouraged. Who can blame them? Every month they see cash leaving their pockets - to cover the monthly autoship expenses - and very little to no income coming in. Does this sound like a good way to run a business? NO - and this is what most of your new recruits will be saying as well. This is one of the biggest things that leads to the huge revolving door this business has created.

So what can you do to turn this situation around? Find a way to put cold hard cash into your pocket, and the pockets of your new recruits as quickly as possible! This is where the funded proposal comes into play for your business.

A funded proposal is basically a way for you to generate income from your prospects, even if they never join your primary business. In other words you generate a lead, more than likely using the internet, and then offer them an educational product that they can purchase - without joining your primary business. This is what puts the cold hard cash into your pocket that will cover your monthly expenses, pay for additional advertising or maybe even cover your car payment!

Two Simple Online MLM Prospecting Systems

If you are just getting started coming to the realization that you will have to be online to generate the quantity of leads you need to grow your MLM business at a record pace - you are most likely completely overwhelmed. So much to learn about building web sites, getting web hosting, uploading pages - it can easily add up to so much to learn that you simply don’t make any progress.

Did you know that you can easily begin to generate leads even with no website? Here are two options:

1. Create a digital ebook or report that you can sell on Ebay. This does not have to be something elaborate - it could be as simple as interviewing someone successful in your upline or downline and recording the call. Share some tips on how to build your MLM business - be sure it is something that would be valuable to the buyer. Then simply set up auctions on Ebay to sell your digital product. I would recommend selling it for between .99 cents and $7.00 depending on the quality of the information. Once the auction ends you can simply email the product to the buyer - and then follow-up with them from there! This is a very simple formula for generating 5 to 10 hot MLM prospects a week.

2. The second way is to simply plug into one of the many prospecting systems available on the internet. These systems typically allow you to both generate MLM leads for yourself, but also make cold hard cash from these leads even if they never join your primary business. They do this by selling a product and giving you handsome commissions as an affiliate.
